I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for optimizing biomechanics to enhance movement and alleviate discomfort. My primary focus is on addressing musculoskeletal concerns, particularly for those experiencing long-term symptoms or dysfunction. I also believe in the power of preventative physiotherapy, offering care to those without current symptoms who want to stay proactive in maintaining their physical health. I am deeply committed to continual learning and skill development, driven by the unique challenges and intricacies of each patient’s case. My enthusiasm for my work is evident, and you might even hear my excitement and laughter before you meet me!
Originally from a small town in rural Ontario, I pursued my physiotherapy degree in Vancouver, BC. My career has since taken me from Vancouver Island to Vancouver, and now to Calgary. I love being active and spending time outdoors – whether it’s hiking, wildlife watching, running, or strength training. I also enjoy traveling and am always eager to learn something new. I’m excited to explore everything Calgary and the Rockies have to offer!
